No! Tvara.EV operates 100% inside WhatsApp, which is already on your phone.
No. There are no wallet top-ups and no minimum balance. You pay per session using your preferred UPI app, card, or net banking. If a session ends with unused amount, it’s safely held as credit in your Tvara.EV account. You can use it for your next charge or request a refund anytime.
Any unused amount is automatically added as credit to your Tvara.EV account. You choose what happens next: use it on your next charging session, or request a refund on WhatsApp and it goes back to your original payment method within 3-4 days, as per the payment gateway TAT.
As soon as your charging session completes, a detailed digital receipt is automatically delivered to your WhatsApp chat.
